Ann is passionate about staying active—she enjoys running, biking, and taking Orangetheory and Peloton classes. A former ballet instructor with many years of teaching experience, she brings the same discipline and energy to her current fitness routine. Ann is happily married to her retired Army husband, and together they have two sons who serve as active-duty naval officers, as well as three beloved grandchildren.
